- Estimates of  hours will be clearly stated and will never exceed the limit provided.

- 50% deposit required before starting any artwork and the remaining balance before shipped (depending on the size and time range provided)

- Deposits are non-refundable once artwork has begun.

- There will be a notification sent in advance of  the artwork being started

 - Time frame for completion will be communicated depending on the waitlist. Discounts will be offered and discussed if unreasonable time completion exceeds the date given. 

- Currently accepting all payment methods

- Permission will be requested to post artworks on all socials.
